Here's what I've learned after years of working with hundreds of people healing their relationship with their bodies: If the foundation (your belief system) isn’t rooted in reality, everything built upon it (your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors) will be out of alignment. You work really hard and don’t get anywhere.
You can have one powerful mindset shift after another and do emotional work for decades, but if you’re not addressing (or even aware of) the beliefs driving your mind-body system, you’re driving with the brakes on.
Especially if you’ve been “doing all the right things” and still don’t feel an embodiedsense of safety in your skin… have you examined the core beliefs you have about how it’s all “supposed to” work?
Most of these myths (picked up from diet culture, wellness trends, and a society that profits from your disconnection) are often sabotaging your healing without your conscious awareness.
