About the event
In this workshop we will discuss how easy it is to stay in a state of paralysis by analysis when it comes to our diet and achieving a healthy lifestyle. There is an overwhelming amount of information out there about different diets, what to eat, what not to eat, how to be healthy, what workouts to do, etc. and many of us get stuck trying to learn and analyze it. I want to help you get to a place where you can actually integrate all this information and feel supported while taking action on it.
We will come together to deepen our mind-body connection. I will help you become more aware of your thoughts around your relationship with eating and strengthen your connection to your body.
